The Gala Dinner is not to be missed. If it suits you, dress to the nines, and make it the best Wednesday night of the year. Famed vintner Jim Clendenen of Au Bon Climat will host the dinner and pour his extraordinary wines. The great wines will be carefully paired with an exquisitely matched multi-course dinner expertly crafted by award winning chef Neal Fraser of Grace Restaurant of Los Angeles, in concert with Zinc’s own Chris Pope. Winemaker Dinners at 10 Restaurants throughout Albuquerque
Once again the finest eateries in town have paired up with a winery/producer for a wine and dinner experience extraordinaire. If you’ve been, you know how great these dinners are.
